Terms and Conditions

All sales are final. Due to the nature of my products being hand made to order, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. By purchasing my products you agree to have read the product descriptions and understand details regarding color and size. Due to the nature of different display types, colors may appear different from the actual product. In regards to size, the images displayed on tablets, tumblers, car windows, etc. are for display purposes only and are not an indicator of decal size. Personalized products like coffee mugs, mouse pads, etc. are made to order. And as such, the final placement of the image and the colors may vary slightly from images.

Shipping and Production Time

Please allow 2-5 business days for your item to be made. Once the item is complete, packaged and shipping label generated,  a notification of completion will be sent and tracking information included. All products are shipped with tracking.

You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. No refunds will be given due to incorrect shipping information provided. Once again, my products are made to order and are non-refundable. In the event of a failed delivery, I will email the customer to get a correct shipping address. Any additional shipping cost and fess are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. A Sticky Obsession is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Digital File Terms and Conditions

These files are only licensed to the purchaser and for personal use only. You may not use this file in any commercial capacity. You may not redistribute these files.

Returns Policy

I am sorry but due to the nature of the products sold, all sales are final and I do not accept returns. If however I ship you the incorrect product I will take care to resolve the issue as quickly as possible in the manner that is best for all parties.

I provide clear instructions and cannot be held responsible for installation issues. All my decals are thoroughly examined for defects when I make them and prior to me packaging them to ship. I DO NOT SHIP defective product. Again, I am not responsible for poor installation techniques. If you are unsure how to get a bubble free installation, there are a number of videos online to show you how to do this. Or you may want to seek the assistance of a professional.
